Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which allows you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to obtain the item you desire is to return the current item. Once the return is accepted, you may proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As previously mentioned, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary.
Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, informing you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
